Getgoing GX2 services are planned around your personal needs. Without discussing general needs here, everyone is different and we appreciate a certain amount of discretion is involved. As Getgoing GX2 involves external contributers we need to advise them about your circustances, so a disclaimer will be required before carrying out costings.

Before we can take on a particular client a FREE 30min WhatsApp or Zoom video meeting will be arranged to find out which of our project types is most suited. Once we have concluded the meeting we will work out any costs and contact by email or letter.

To set up the WhatsApp or Zoom video meeting please contact us at stigmaticket@gmail.com and we will give you the meeting id and passcode for Zoom or exchange mobile numbers if WhatsApp.

All payments are through our PayPal.me/stigmadonate link and are due 28 days after date of invoice. We use PayPal to generate your invoice.

We can also accept payment by debit or credit card, BACS or cheque.

We provide you (or your sponsor) a detailed quotation after initial interview. We provide full details of the charges from our contributers and any materials to be used on your project. We may charge a retainer to be deducted from invoice payment. We will notify you of any incidental expenses more than 10 percent above the  original quotation. We will notify you of any additional charges due to our supplier price changes occurring after quotation and prior to invoice date.

Supplier fees or hourly rates, stationery, equipment, campsite fees, hiking gear, dog harnesses or treats, educational materials and work books, college course fees, travelling expenses, and such.

Getgoing Limited (SC678743) is by our own choice a non profit business and a social firm. Any surplus is retained against future expenses. We are members of Social Enterprise UK. We are allowed to own other businesses and conduct business in any trade as long as the profit we make is retained within the business.

We are a private limited company limited by shares. No director or shareholder may own more than one £1 share or receive any dividend.
